At Taylor Made Wellness, we are committed to providing high-quality care and professional-grade wellness products. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for services and product purchases.

1. Services and Appointments

🔹 Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

  • No-shows are non-refundable and may require prepayment for future bookings.

🔹 Refunds for Services

  • Refunds are not offered for services already rendered.

  • If you are dissatisfied with a visit, please contact us—we are happy to discuss your experience and work toward a resolution.

2. Supplement & Product Purchases

🔹 Clinic-Dispensed Products

  • Unopened products purchased directly from the clinic may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

  • Products must be in original, sealed packaging and accompanied by a receipt.

  • Opened, used, or temperature-sensitive items (e.g., probiotics) are non-refundable.

🔹 Fullscript Orders

  • Refunds and returns for items ordered through Fullscript are subject to Fullscript’s return policy.

  • Please log in to your Fullscript account or contact Fullscript directly for assistance with returns, refunds, or order issues.

3. Digital Products & Downloadables

  • All digital materials (e.g., handouts, eBooks, protocols) are non-refundable once delivered, unless the product was purchased in error or not accessible due to a technical issue.
